A2: You can easily become a member of datavideo virtual set by registering your e-mail address with us and then you can start purchasing the virtual set that you want by credit card or your PayPal account. Members are authorized to purchase virtual sets only, if you would like to submit your design to us, you need to pass the identity assessment by our administrator and become a freelancer.

 

Q3: How to return a product?

A3: If files are found to contain issues or the file format is not as described on the website, we accept returns, other than that, we do not take any returns. Should you encounter special situation or have any questions, please email directly to service@datavideovirtualset.com.

 

Q4. After you place an order of the virtual sets, how many downloads are allowed for each virtual set?

A4: You are allowed to perform five downloads for each purchase. You can login your account and go to “Downloads” page to check the “time left” and the displayed number is the number of remaining downloads.

A9: Please check your Internet connection; you should also call your credit card issuing bank. Sometimes this could be a connection issue with the bank so just try a few more times. Q10: Can I ask other freelancers to create specific virtual set for me?

A13: You can start from Photoshop as this is the entry-level tool. After that, you can move on to more advanced tools such as 3DsMax, Maya and etc. In the future, we will build a public forum just for datavideo Virtual Set and we welcome you to join the forum for the discussions.
